We value long-term partnerships with our wholesale buyers. The following Terms & Conditions are designed to provide clarity and ensure a smooth trading process from order to delivery.
1. Orders & Pricing
Order Requirements
The minimum wholesale order value is USD 10,000.
There is no minimum quantity per design, as long as the total order value reaches USD 10,000.
Orders below USD 10,000 will incur a USD 400 export documentation fee.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm production.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment, after inspection photos are provided.
Pricing Conditions
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), FOB Yangon Port, Myanmar.
Quoted prices remain valid for three (3) months.
Prices may be reviewed if an item has not been produced for an extended period.
An annual price review is carried out to reflect changes in material, labor, and inflation. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
If quotation errors or miscalculations occur, prices may be adjusted accordingly. Items not accepted under the revised pricing will be removed from the order.
Pricing is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
2. Production & Lead Time
All products are handmade, and production depends on artisan capacity.
Standard production time: 70–90 days.
During peak seasons (March–April, mid-June to mid-July, and mid-November), lead times may extend up to 110 days.
3. Inspection & Packing
Buyers may inspect goods in person, appoint a third-party inspection company, or request product photos.
If no specific inspection requirements are provided, goods will be checked and shipped according to our quality standards.
Standard packing is paper wrapping, designed to maximize container capacity.
Special packing (such as cartons or reinforced boxes) is available at additional cost, usually around 4% of the FOB price.
4. Shipping & Trade Terms
All shipments are made by sea freight, FOB Yangon Port, Myanmar.
Freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, will be provided once full payment is received.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our designated bank accounts in Singapore, Bangkok, or Myanmar.
All related bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
6. Returns & Claims
Claims for replacement or refund are accepted only if goods are proven damaged before shipment.
Buyers must provide clear evidence (e.g., photos or inspection reports).
Goods should be inspected within 21 days of receipt, and claims must be reported within 30 days of arrival at the destination port.
Refunds and replacements are not available for custom-made orders or natural variations in rattan (such as minor differences in color, size, or texture).
